One of our goals at Armstrong Chiropractic and Rehabilitation is to always provide excellent patient care. We recognize that convenience is a large part of great customer service. Therefore, we now offer our patients the ability to arrange for an appointment on-line.

Just let us know what time of day works best for you, and a staff member will schedule your appointment and call you to confirm the date and time. It's that easy!
